Job Summary

This critical role involves ensuring the continuous and effective operation of technical systems within a high-performance data center located in Bischofsheim (near Mainz). The successful candidate will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing critical electrical and refrigeration/HVAC installations. Day-to-day duties include tracking service processes via a CMMS system, managing service orders in line with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), modifying cable systems, and performing daily inspections to identify potential safety and operational risks. You will also support and guide external subcontractors, ensuring compliance with client agreements and CBRE safety protocols. This position requires a completed technical apprenticeship in an electro-technical or refrigeration field and proven professional experience.
