Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous and effective operation of critical technical infrastructure within a data center environment near Frankfurt a. M. The technician will serve as the local point of contact for site managers and clients, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations on electrical and refrigeration systems. A key aspect of the job is the use of a CMMS system to track critical process services and manage service orders according to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical apprenticeship in electrical or refrigeration technology, relevant professional experience in the field, and strong analytical skills to identify complex correlations and potential risks. This position requires participation in shift work, daily inspections, and close collaboration with subcontractors, all while adhering to stringent safety and risk mitigation protocols.
