Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Head of Electrical Maintenance in the technical and organizational leadership of the maintenance team, including acting as their deputy during absences. The core responsibilities focus on ensuring the proper, standard-compliant, and safe operation of all electrical systems, particularly within the water or wastewater sector. Key tasks include planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, testing, and repair work, as well as analyzing and resolving faults in power distribution and automation systems. The successful candidate will also participate in modernization projects, manage communication with external service providers and authorities, and be required to participate in an on-call rotation. This position requires a certified Technician or Master Electrician qualification, significant professional experience in electrical maintenance, and strong technical knowledge of power distribution and PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7, WinCC).

Education
Certified Technician (State-certified) or Master Electrician in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or equivalent
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical maintenance
- Professional experience preferably in the water or wastewater sector
- Experience in employee leadership or team coordination is desirable
- Knowledge of medium voltage systems is advantageous
- Experience with emergency power generators is advantageous

- Must possess a Class B driving license; Must be willing to travel within the association's entire service area; Must participate in the on-call rotation; Non-EU applicants must include a valid work permit; Willingness to acquire medium voltage switching authorization during employment.
