Job Summary

This role is for an Electrician working with a property management company in Wiesbaden, focusing on the maintenance and repair of complex building technical systems during the day shift. The primary responsibilities include independently handling work orders, performing diagnostics, and executing rapid repairs during malfunctions, alongside comprehensive documentation. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, an Electrician, or a comparable qualification. Practical experience in installation, drive, measurement, control, and regulation technology is highly desirable. Mandatory requirements include a valid Class B driving license and strong language skills (Fluent German and Intermediate English) necessary for communication and documentation.
