Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced SMT Electronics Technician looking to join a market leader in Munich. The core responsibilities involve the preparation, setup, and operation of advanced SMT manufacturing lines, including machines from Assembleon and Panasonic. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions (paste printers, reflow ovens, AOI), and ensuring meticulous logging of all processes within ERP/MES systems like ABAS/AEGIS. A strong focus is placed on quality control, rework of electronic assemblies according to industry standards (IPC, JEDEC), and adherence to ESD protection measures. Candidates should possess professional experience operating SMT lines, foundational knowledge of electronics and mechanics, and ideally, a completed electronics qualification. Good German and English skills are required. This position offers an indefinite contract and competitive, above-tariff compensation.
