Job Summary

This role in Salzgitter involves the assembly and production of control cabinets and control units, focusing on industrial electronics and electrical engineering. Day-to-day tasks include the wiring and assembly of electronic components and modules, performing switch cabinet wiring according to customer specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The technician will also be responsible for connecting and commissioning machinery and plant components, as well as general machine and system cabling. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician, Plant Electrician, or Mechatronics Technician with an emphasis on electrical engineering, along with professional experience in control cabinet or control system construction. The ideal candidate must possess proficiency with VDE measuring and testing equipment, strong technical understanding, and a high degree of quality awareness and team spirit. This position is initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by the client.
