Job Summary

The Allstein GmbH, a high-quality flexographic printing machine manufacturer in Herford, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Electronic Assembly. This role is unique as it requires approximately 90% active participation as an electronics technician, supporting the team with daily tasks, alongside 10% leadership duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 14 colleagues and two apprentices, focusing on process organization, work coordination, vacation planning, and managing international assignments to ensure timely project completion. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician or equivalent, ideally supplemented by further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman. Prior leadership experience is desirable, along with a structured approach to work, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
