Job Summary

This role places you as a central member of an interdisciplinary project team, collaborating with engineers, software developers, and scientists to drive the development of exciting new technologies for in-vitro diagnostics, from initial concept through to market launch. Day-to-day, you will provide technical coordination within the project team, ensuring optimal integration across all specialized areas. You will act as the crucial link between customer requirements and internal technological capabilities, planning workshops and preparing key project milestones. Furthermore, leveraging your scientific and technical expertise, you will work hands-on with prototypes and serial devices, developing efficient test procedures and diving deep into technical challenges related to mechanics, optics, electronics, thermodynamics, and liquid handling. This position requires a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, outstanding organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English, making it ideal for a solution-oriented professional eager for continuous technical development.
