Job Summary

This crucial leadership role, based in Mannheim, involves independently steering complex energy supply projects for a leading German service provider. The successful candidate will manage projects across low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and protection technology, overseeing the entire lifecycle from new construction to maintenance. A core part of the job is the technical and disciplinary leadership of a small team (currently 5 employees) within the Plant Engineering division. Responsibilities extend to rigorous project controlling, ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and schedules, alongside managing administrative workflows such as material handling, scheduling, and invoicing. This position requires a background in electrical engineering or energy technology, proven project management experience in energy supply systems, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
