Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the reliable and secure operation of secondary technology and telecommunications infrastructure within the regional utility network, which supplies electricity, natural gas, and drinking water. The professional will be responsible for commissioning and testing network protection devices, including parameter adjustments, and managing the setup and operation of analogue and digital transmission technology, as well as IP networks. Key responsibilities also include operating copper and fiber optic cable networks, conducting recurring inspections of 110 kV transformers and arc suppression coils, and performing cable testing and fault localization for 20 kV and 1 kV cables. This position requires a proactive, independent, and flexible approach, ideally backed by multi-year professional experience in planning and project engineering, ensuring the vital infrastructure of the region remains operational.

Required Skills

Education

Master Electrician (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, following an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering

Experience
