As a Rollout Technician, you will be instrumental in deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring Windows 10 on various hardware components, ensuring the setup, dismantling, and operational readiness of IT hardware. You will also provide essential user training on new systems and applications, manage incident tickets by prioritizing and documenting issues, and perform on-site troubleshooting or escalate complex problems. This role requires a strong technical foundation in IT systems, proficiency with Windows operating systems and M365, and excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
