Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist focused on 1st-level support, working for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming technical issues via phone and chat, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, and providing initial technical solutions. When issues cannot be resolved at the first level, the specialist will escalate them to 2nd-level support. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in IT support, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication skills, including very good German and basic English. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Assistant, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in IT support (entry-level candidates are also considered)
- Professional experience with SINA devices (preferred)
