Job Summary

This role involves providing critical technical support to customers, focusing on diagnosing and resolving issues related to mechanical equipment, aftermarket parts, and rebuilds. The specialist will handle detailed research into part numbers and system configurations, verify pricing and availability, and manage the entry of new parts into the Finesse system. A key responsibility is participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide technical assistance outside of standard business hours. The ideal candidate must possess an Associate degree or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience in technical support or parts sales for mechanical equipment, coupled with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Engineering and Documentation teams, ensuring accurate technical information and supporting purchasing and service operations.

Experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical support, customer service, or parts sales for mechanical equipment
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
