Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Service Technician to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting numerous Dax-listed corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, including the setup, dismantling, and reassembly of client systems and printers across various locations. Key tasks involve basic installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and printers, conducting functional tests, and participating in on-site project deployments like rollouts and migrations. Meticulous documentation of all assignments using a mobile ticketing system is essential. This position offers excellent working conditions, a standard 40-hour work week, and strong potential for permanent employment within the client company, along with opportunities for career advancement.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

Experience in the assembly and disassembly of end devices and printers
Experience in using ticketing systems
Basic knowledge in the configuration and installation of PC and printer systems

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

Valid driver's license (PKW Führerschein) and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
