Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the planning, implementation, and maintenance of software-based Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, with a strong emphasis on the 3CX platform. The administrator will analyze and optimize existing telecommunications (TK) infrastructure at the IP level, including Unified Communication (UC) and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) units, ensuring stable and high-performing communication operations. Day-to-day tasks include proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting technical faults, and acting as a primary technical contact for internal and external customers, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification or comparable practical experience in the ITK sector, deep knowledge of VoIP technologies, especially 3CX, and proficiency in administering PBX/UCC solutions, driven by a passion for technological innovation.
