Job Summary

This role is central to driving the digital transformation of engineering processes within an international mechanical engineering group. The Engineering Application Architect will strategically develop and design the end-to-end system landscape, covering critical applications such as CAD, PDM/PLM, ERP, and CPQ, ensuring seamless support for technical product creation and modification processes. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing the integration and utilization of 3D data (CAD models, visualizations) throughout the product lifecycle, identifying automation potential in configuration and order processing, and translating these into robust technical concepts. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and have practical experience with 3D data integration into PDM and downstream systems.
