Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users for Syensqo. The position involves handling 1st and 2nd level support tickets, setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and tablets, including cabling and workstation setup. You will also be responsible for software installations and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ideal candidates will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and familiarity with standard hardware and Google Suite. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent career prospects and a supportive work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365
- Good knowledge of standard hardware
- Experience with Google Suite
Languages
Additional
- German citizenship is mandatory due to ITAR regulations
