Job Summary

This critical role seeks an ICT Engineer to join the Data Centre Services Team in Frankfurt (Main), focusing on the operational running and infrastructure management of client environments across multiple data centers in the Rhein-Main area. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DC infrastructure, performing 'hands-on' tasks like racking/stacking IT components, managing space utilization, and setting up complex cabling concepts (copper/fiber). The successful candidate will ensure contractual SLAs are met, manage incident, problem, and change controls, and provide pre/post-sales support. Key requirements include profound professional experience in the Data Centre Business, expert knowledge of national/international standards, ITIL principles, and fluency in both English and German. This position requires regular travel between sites, on-call rotation, and strong communication skills to manage customer and partner relationships effectively.
