This role seeks a strategic Project Manager to shape the future of the Lucerne Theater, integrating cultural objectives with critical urban planning initiatives. You will initially lead the "Theater Workshop Lucerne Vision" process, focusing intensely on urban development potential analysis and city planning strategy. A key responsibility is coordinating complex interdisciplinary processes, working closely with the Culture and Sport department, external communication specialists, and various municipal departments in Lucerne. You must effectively manage relationships with the Lucerne Theater and other key stakeholders, ensuring robust information flow and developing the comprehensive planning report required for implementing the vision. Following the initial planning, you will transition to managing the detailed implementation of structural and spatial tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for Lucerne's urban evolution who possesses strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, coupled with proven expertise in complex, interdisciplinary planning environments.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in interdisciplinary urban planning processes
- Experience applying a broad and current repertoire of methods related to urban planning tasks
- Proven ability to work structured and independently
- Experience ensuring information flow between project teams, commissions, and external stakeholders
