The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle, including resource allocation (personnel, raw materials, and equipment), adherence to production schedules, and continuous process optimization. A key focus will be on driving efficiency, conducting weakness analyses, and implementing cost minimization and process improvement projects. Furthermore, the role requires coordinating and managing all logistical flows to ensure quality, punctuality, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or Engineering, coupled with at least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable operations management position within the chemical sector, ideally with supplementary logistics responsibility.
