Job Summary

This role involves working as a Power Grid Technician within the municipal utility services, focusing on the maintenance, installation, and operation of electrical distribution networks. Key daily tasks include performing switching operations in power supply systems and networks ranging from 0.4 kV to 20 kV, installing electricity meters, and setting up telecommunication links for modern metering devices. The technician will handle cable assembly and laying in low and medium voltage areas, execute maintenance and repairs on switchgear and operating equipment, and actively participate in fault clearance to ensure smooth network operation. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in electrical engineering (e.g., Operational or Automation Technology) and be willing to obtain or already hold a switching authorization up to 20 kV. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Operational Technology, Automation Technology, or Energy Systems Electrician, or comparable qualification. Willingness to qualify for switching authorization up to 20 kV.
