Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the technical planning, quality assurance, and execution of complex, cross-utility construction projects within the energy infrastructure sector. The primary focus is on energy facilities and media, including electricity, district heating, gas, and potentially hydrogen, ensuring stable and reliable supply for the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing projects through all phases (1-9 according to HOAI), overseeing budgets, deadlines, billing, and contract amendments. The expert acts as a crucial liaison, coordinating complex agreements between authorities, public bodies, network operators, investors, and on-site construction teams. Success in this position requires a relevant engineering degree and significant professional experience in construction project management, coupled with deep knowledge of German utility regulations and construction law.
