Job Summary

This role involves independently managing IT projects focused on optimizing and improving business processes within a leading cosmetics manufacturer. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, steering, and executing these projects, working closely with external SAP consultants to develop and implement concepts for process mapping. Key responsibilities include analyzing and integrating innovative technologies (like ELO or other ERP extensions), ensuring project goals, budgets, and timelines are met, and optimizing interfaces between SAP ERP and other IT systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or a related field, possesses multi-year SAP experience (ideally S/4HANA), and has initial leadership exposure.
