Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Head of IT in managing and developing the entire IT landscape for Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt, an organization providing support for people with intellectual disabilities across 35 facilities. The Deputy Head will be responsible for coordinating team tasks, planning and implementing IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and services. A key part of the role is collaborating with the Data Protection Officer to maintain information and data security, and managing external IT service providers. Candidates should possess a degree in Informatics or an IT-related vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience. Strong skills in IT process development, system integration, project management, and data protection are essential, along with excellent communication and structured working methods.
