Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Department Manager to take full technical and organizational responsibility for the electrical engineering division within special machinery construction. The manager will lead a team through the entire project lifecycle, from E-Plan design and control cabinet construction to installation and commissioning, ensuring all work is compliant, timely, and cost-efficient. Key responsibilities include capacity planning, process optimization, and standard development, while providing expert technical support to project management and sales. Candidates must possess a relevant electrical engineering qualification (Technician, Master Craftsman, or Engineer) and demonstrated leadership ability. Experience in special machinery construction, control cabinet building, and installation is highly advantageous.
