Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for large clients, handling incoming software and hardware disruptions, and ensuring swift resolution. Day-to-day tasks include prioritizing, classifying, and processing issues via a ticketing system, performing initial fault analyses, and providing remote support to achieve first-level resolutions. You will be responsible for escalating unresolved issues to specialized teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT affinity, excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365, and ideally holds a relevant IT qualification such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or comparable certification.
