Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional ready to elevate technology solutions for major clients. As an IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, handling IT inquiries and resolving issues across 1st to 3rd level support. Day-to-day tasks involve installing, configuring, and maintaining both hardware and software, analyzing and fixing technical problems remotely and on-site, and administering IT systems and networks. You will also be crucial in supporting rollouts, updates, and migrations, while ensuring accurate documentation and knowledge base maintenance. The position requires a completed vocational training in IT systems or a related field, practical experience in multi-level IT support, and solid knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and IT security. Success in this role demands a service-oriented, structured approach and strong communication skills in both German and English.
