Job Summary

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing bioanalytical methods and validations for drug substance and antibody determination within the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. The Laboratory Technician will analyze clinical and preclinical samples, utilizing laboratory automation and robotics, while ensuring strict adherence to GLP/GCP-compliant documentation and processes. Key responsibilities include organizing laboratory workflows, managing equipment and capacity planning, and independently conducting complex experimental series, data evaluation, and result presentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biotechnology) and possesses fundamental knowledge of protein biochemistry, bioanalytics, and experience with Ligand-Binding Assays (LBAs) and ELISAs.
