Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support, focusing on maintaining and servicing hardware and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include the maintenance and upkeep of hardware, managing and documenting support tickets, and providing technical assistance for IT inquiries. The specialist will also be responsible for organizing and managing the hardware inventory, servicing printers and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, and supporting telephony clients. Candidates should possess a background in IT, such as a degree in IT Specialist for System Integration/Application Development or equivalent qualification, coupled with initial experience in IT support. Strong communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and proficiency with MS Office products are essential for success in this dynamic, customer-facing role.
