Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries, providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Support. Key daily tasks include receiving and analyzing fault reports, performing installation and configuration of hardware and software, and ensuring network security through monitoring and maintenance. The specialist will be responsible for documenting and resolving IT disruptions and contributing to the company's overall IT strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a completed education as an IT Specialist or equivalent, demonstrate high technical affinity, and have prior experience in IT support and network administration.
