Job Summary

This role involves planning, organizing, and executing technical training programs for both external clients and internal staff. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning content, and practical documentation, utilizing tools like PowerPoint or Articulate Storyline. A core function is translating complex technical information into understandable and practical lessons through product training, workshops, and both on-site and online sessions. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in delivering technical training. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with a strong technical understanding of products and their applications, ensuring the continuous development and improvement of the overall training curriculum. This position offers an unlimited contract and flexible working hours.
