Job Summary

This role is centered on critical substance logistics operations within the Pharma and Life Science sector, focusing on the accurate handling and worldwide distribution of chemical substances. Day-to-day tasks include the precise weighing and dissolving of chemical compounds, managing warehouse documentation, and operating sophisticated equipment like pipetting robots for manufacturing ready-assay plates. A key function is managing the entire shipping process, from receiving packages and creating necessary worldwide shipping documents to initiating, tracking, and documenting shipments. The ideal candidate holds a completed training as a Chemistry or Biology Laboratory Technician and possesses initial experience in a laboratory setting, especially with automated production systems. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively both internally with scientists and externally with logistics partners.
