Job Summary

This role involves leading the maintenance and advancement of automation technology (OT/IT systems) within facility operations, focusing on the Rhein-Neckar region. The Facility Automation Engineer is responsible for organizing maintenance, conducting fault analyses, and coordinating external partner companies to ensure contractual compliance. A key part of the job is managing conversion and investment projects, driving digitalization strategies, and ensuring technical documentation adheres to all applicable standards, regulations, and laws. Candidates must possess a technical degree (Bachelor or Master), at least five years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of automation in facility management, including programming OT systems and control technology. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills.
