Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of system environments and providing essential 1st Level IT support and troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing support tickets according to SLAs, resolving disruptions, managing customer communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and performing regular documentation and status updates. Key technical tasks include software maintenance and patch management. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience in a hotline environment. Essential requirements include experience in telephone support, basic knowledge of operating systems, Office environments, and mobile devices, along with initial expertise in routing, switching, and setting up Wireless LAN connections.
