This Senior Frontend Software Engineer role places you within Zalando’s Size and Fit Engineering team, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by solving one of the most significant online shopping challenges: ensuring products meet customer expectations regarding size and fit. Day-to-day responsibilities involve architecting and developing robust, customer-facing features using modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and React Native. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Design to translate ambiguous ideas into practical, high-quality features, taking full ownership from design through comprehensive testing (unit, component, and E2E using tools like Jest or Cypress). The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer-centric mindset, proven experience developing modern SaaS applications, and the ability to act as a technical leader, aligning solutions and mentoring peers.
