Job Summary

This role seeks a qualified Master Electrician, Certified Technician, or Engineering Graduate to take on a crucial position focusing on technical building services (TGA). Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project coordination, overseeing electrical construction sites, and managing site organization. Key tasks involve creating and supervising tenders, conducting contract negotiations, and awarding construction services. The successful candidate will also lead a team, ensure workplace safety compliance, and manage commissioning and acceptance procedures. Essential qualifications include a completed electrical engineering apprenticeship with a focus on TGA, combined with a Master, Technician, or university degree qualification. Expertise in technical regulations, basic knowledge of HOAI and VOB (construction phases 5-7), and proficiency in MS Office and CAD are mandatory.
