Job Summary

This role involves working as a Materials Tester specializing in Metal Technology in Essingen, Germany, focusing on ensuring quality and compliance through non-destructive testing (NDT). The successful candidate will be responsible for independently executing NDT procedures according to current standards, including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), and Eddy Current Testing (ET). Key responsibilities include evaluating and assessing test results, meticulously documenting all testing steps, and assisting in the creation of testing instructions. This position requires close collaboration with the Quality Assurance team and other technical departments. Ideal candidates should possess a qualification as an NDT inspector (Level 1 or 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712) and be prepared for shift work and occasional assembly activities.
