Job Summary

Join a specialized personnel service provider in the wind energy sector as an Offshore Wind Turbine Service Technician, based out of Hamburg. This role is crucial for executing planned maintenance and service operations on offshore wind turbines located in the North and Baltic Seas. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing faults across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, performing annual and multi-year maintenance, and ensuring the upkeep of crane systems and Transition Pieces. You will also be involved in the erection and commissioning of new offshore wind energy plants. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an electrician or mechatronics technician, coupled with multi-year professional experience in the wind energy field. Essential prerequisites include unlimited willingness to travel, physical fitness, G41 suitability for working at heights, and medically certified offshore fitness. The position offers an unlimited contract and attractive benefits, including high potential hourly wages and daily offshore allowances.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Qualified Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, or further training as a Wind Turbine Service Technician. GWO Certificates are desirable.
