Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT professional to serve as the primary internal service provider for all IT support matters, ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and resolving IT support requests related to software, hardware, and media technology, collaborating closely with specialized IT departments to deliver fast and sustainable solutions. The specialist will passionately manage the entire lifecycle of IT equipment, handling the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software (including Microsoft Windows and Office), peripherals, printers, and mobile devices (iOS). The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification, preferably as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience. Success requires strong expertise in Active Directory and ticketing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while acting as a proactive internal service provider. Fluency in German (C1 level) is mandatory to effectively support users.
