Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT specialist, whether a career starter or experienced professional, looking to elevate technology and work on future innovations within a dynamic team. Key responsibilities include providing 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support via phone and in person, managing service requests, and classifying/dispatching incoming tickets according to ITIL guidelines. The specialist will also handle user change requests and incident reports. A crucial part of the job involves planning and implementing security infrastructure systems, such as firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus protection, and VPN solutions, alongside the technical operation and maintenance coordination of these systems. The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology, current Windows operating systems, and excellent problem-solving skills, complemented by very good German and English language abilities.
