Job Summary

This role is seeking a highly motivated and flexible Service Technician to manage the global installation, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative machinery directly at customer sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation of installed systems, performing detailed fault diagnosis when issues arise, and occasionally supporting factory operations by assisting with customer acceptance testing within the home plant. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical qualification, such as vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or Industrial Mechanic, or hold a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical field. Essential technical knowledge in control and regulation technology is required, alongside a strong customer-service orientation and a valid Class B driver's license.
