The role focuses on analyzing cellular heterogeneity in cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis and heart failure, with a strong emphasis on inflammatory changes. Key responsibilities involve establishing cell sorting strategies, planning and executing single-cell sequencing and multiomics screens, and testing novel therapeutic approaches in experimental disease models.
