Job Summary

This role is seeking a motivated Control Cabinet Builder to join a dynamic and varied industrial environment. The daily tasks involve the assembly of electrical components into partial or complete electrical systems and machinery, specifically focusing on control cabinet construction and machine wiring. Candidates should possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician specializing in control cabinet construction, a Mechatronics Technician, or a general Electrician. The position is also open to career changers or junior journeymen from the electrical engineering or trade sectors looking to transition into industry. Key requirements include flexibility, a willingness to take responsibility, customer orientation, and teamwork skills. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive pay significantly above the collective agreement, generous shift allowances (including 25% for night shifts and 100% for public holidays), up to 30 days of vacation, and additional benefits like holiday and Christmas bonuses.
