Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a motivated Chemical Operator to join a dynamic environment on a permanent contract. Day-to-day responsibilities include essential chemical handling tasks such as filling and emptying vessels, taking samples from mixing and storage tanks, setting up piping routes, and executing pumping operations. A key part of the role involves maintaining plant functionality by reporting necessary repairs, preparing plant components for maintenance, and potentially performing minor repair work. Accurate documentation of all activities, including maintaining associated checklists, is mandatory. Ideal candidates will possess a completed vocational qualification as a Chemical Operator or similar, be willing to work in a rotating shift system (day, early, late, and night shifts), and have knowledge of handling hazardous materials and dangerous goods. Experience with MS Office and SAP PP is a plus, as is a forklift driving license.
