Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Electronics and Service Technician to specialize in the installation and maintenance of complex security and building systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve working with fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, video surveillance, and access control technologies. The technician will manage small projects, coordinate implementation, and handle essential administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, quotes, and service protocols digitally. Key qualifications include a completed electro-technical apprenticeship (e.g., in Building Technology or Telecommunications Technology) and ideally, practical experience with security systems, particularly Honeywell/ESSER/NOTIFIER products. A structured, service-oriented approach, team capability, and a Class B driving license are mandatory for success in this varied and responsible permanent position.
