Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Project Scheduling Engineer based in Erlangen, focusing on the planning and execution phase of a power plant project. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently developing solutions for project issues, coordinating these solutions with overall project management, and continuously optimizing the project timeline using established scheduling methodologies. A core part of the job involves creating detailed internal reports such as critical path analyses, deviation analyses, and S-curve reports. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, coupled with significant project management experience, particularly at least three years in project execution. Mandatory advanced proficiency in Primavera software and strong knowledge of project control methodologies are required, along with fluency in both German and English, and a willingness to travel 20-30%.
