As an IT Specialist in the Service Desk, you will be the primary technical point of contact for national and international support inquiries, handling them personally, via phone, or email. Your daily tasks will involve managing user requests from initial contact through error analysis to developing and implementing solutions. You will also be responsible for client installations and administration, conducting user training, and collaborating with various departments.
