Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role as a Materials Tester in Warstein focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of forged components through meticulous non-destructive testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing the testing process, setting required parameters, and actively performing magnetic particle inspection (MT) for cracks, primarily under UV light. A critical part of the job involves documenting test results, marking defects, and releasing flawless parts, followed by post-processing of identified faults according to strict quality standards. Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, technical understanding, and ideally, experience in a metalworking profession. While MT1 certification is desirable, motivated lateral entrants may be considered.
