Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role in Paderborn seeks an Electronics Technician focused on maintaining and optimizing complex industrial machinery and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing electrotechnical work such as installing drive systems and sensors, analyzing and eliminating electrical error messages using sophisticated measuring, testing, and diagnostic procedures, and ensuring the functionality of networks, bus systems, and interface signals. The role also involves routine maintenance like installing spare parts and replacing wear parts to maximize operational efficiency. Candidates must possess completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, demonstrate strong manual dexterity, and be willing to work shifts. Knowledge of control and regulation technology is highly desirable. This position offers an attractive starting wage of €20 per hour plus substantial shift and overtime bonuses, secured by a permanent employment contract and favorable collective bargaining agreements.
