Metrology Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring internal and external quality requirements are met through precise measurement and testing processes. The Metrology Technician will be responsible for programming and operating 3D coordinate measuring machines (specifically HEXAGON/WERTH) using PC-DMIS software to inspect and approve components. Daily tasks include conducting production-accompanying tests, planning and executing initial sample inspections (bemusterungen), and carrying out requalification testing. Key qualifications include professional experience in quality assurance, proficiency in creating measurement programs, and solid knowledge of testing/measurement technology and quality methodologies such as FAI, PPF, and SPC. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Straubenhardt, offering planned opportunities for permanent employment with the client.
